This system upgrade is an important technological advancement for you and the credit union as it promises improved and enhanced services, security and greater banking convenience. Upgrading to a newer technology provides us with a stronger, more reliable and more efficient system today as well as the ability to improve into the future with more capable applications, better information security and a highly efficient disaster response capability. In the upcoming months, you will have access to several new products and services: Virtual Banking (a new online banking product), Phone Banking (perform a range of financial transactions and gather balances & transactions over the phone) and Mobile Deposit (take a photo of your check to deposit).
